The service

Bocalito generates meal prep (batch-cooking) plans, shopping lists and cooking instructions using an AI model. It is in beta: features may change, break or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times.

Your account

You must be at least 16. Use a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

AI-generated content and food safety

Plans are written by an AI model and can contain mistakes: wrong quantities, timings or temperatures, or ingredients that should not be there.

Bocalito does not give medical, nutritional or dietary advice.

If you have an allergy or an intolerance, Bocalito tries to keep the ingredients you listed out of your plans, but it cannot guarantee it. Always check every ingredient and every product label yourself before cooking or eating.

You are responsible for cooking, storing and reheating food safely.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no getting around usage limits, no automated access, no attempts to break, overload or extract the system, and nothing unlawful.

Usage is limited per account so the service stays available to everyone. These limits can change.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You allow Bocalito to store and process it in order to provide the service, including sending it to the AI provider described in the privacy policy.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. An account that abuses the service may be suspended or closed.

Liability

Bocalito is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it is accurate, available or suited to a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, its publisher is not liable for damage resulting from the use of a plan, including allergic reactions and food-borne illness.

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may change. If a change matters, registered users will be told; continuing to use Bocalito afterwards means accepting the new terms.
