High-protein meal prep for 2 or 4: 5 days of lunches and dinners
If you train three or four times a week, a light lunch rarely carries you through the evening. After a session at the gym you want a real portion that keeps you full, and you want the protein to come from more than chicken breast every single day. Cooking that from scratch on a busy weeknight is hard to keep up with.
This plan covers five days of hearty dinners and lunches built around at least 40 g of protein per dish. The lineup includes Turkey Black Bean Chili, Chipotle Pork Tacos and Beef and Lentil Shepherd's Pie, alongside Honey Garlic Salmon with Roasted Broccoli and Yogurt Chicken Skewers. It comes with a shopping list and a cooking session of about 2 hours, and you can switch the quantities from 2 people to 4 in one tap.
A meal plan for a week in which we go to the gym 3–4 times. Big portions that fill you up after a workout, at least 40 g of protein in every dish, not always chicken.

Questions asked about this plan
How long can the chipotle pork tacos keep in the fridge before reheating?
The Chipotle Pork Tacos keep for 3 days in the fridge. Store the tortillas and cabbage slaw separately from the pork, and add the slaw only when serving.
Can I swap the ground turkey in the chili for more chicken thighs?
Chicken thighs can work in chili, but this plan doesn't use them that way. The chili is built on 20 oz of ground turkey, and the chicken thighs are reserved for the Yogurt Chicken Skewers. Thighs are a little fattier than lean turkey, so the chili would be richer, and they'd need to be cooked through to 165°F (74°C). The shopping list and the cooking steps for the chili would also need to change to match.
Does the honey garlic salmon need to be reheated, or is it better eaten cold?
The plan calls for reheating it. Warm the salmon and broccoli on a baking sheet in a 300°F (150°C) oven for about 10 minutes, until the thickest part of the fish reaches 165°F (74°C). Spoon any leftover glaze over the salmon before serving. Eat it within two days, since this dish doesn't freeze well.
